Shiloh's Car Seat

This picture came from Just Jared, where there are plenty more. It's Shiloh in her car seat and I'm trying to figure out which seat it is. I thinks it's a Graco Safe Seat, but I could be wrong. More on this later today when I have time. If you know what seat it is, email me please.

Micralite now at Sparkability

Launched in Europe three years ago, the Micralite has made it's way to the USA. Modern baby site Sparkability is now taking preorders for both the Fastfold Buggy and the Newborn System. The strollers will ship in last August. Micralites are very unique in design and the handles are really cool. I've only seen two up close, but they were a lot of fun to test drive. I especially liked the Newborn pram attachment.

Shiloh Wax Figure

That's just creepy looking. Shiloh Jolie-Pitt is now the first infant ever to be immortalized at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York City. Shiloh appears next to her parents in the exhibit as well as a stuffed leopard. I wonder if that's a real Kingsley shirt?

A Shout-Out Post

I wanted to give a shout-out to a few really nice companies in this post. First, PhotoWorks. They sent me this really cool packet in the mail of birth announcements and they rock! I thought they were so beautiful and so did every single member of my family. PhotoWorks is an online photo service that allows you to create gifts and other creative things with your photos. I really enjoyed their site a lot and their selection of birth announcements is great! Also, thank you to Bratt Decor for their very pretty press kit. Bratt Decor is a furniture company for kids with products sold in many fine stores across the USA. They have a lot of new collections for 2006, so if you haven't checked out their site in a while, you might want to do that. And finally, Wooly Lamb. They sent me a catalog in the mail. They are an organic baby clothing company out of Knoxville, TN. They have cute things at their online store and we're always liking to help the enviroment. Check out their new website and they'll be at the All Things Organic trade show in Chicago as well.

New from Bugaboo

Well, Bugaboo in Europe. Maybe we'll get them next year. The Bugaboo Breezy Canopy and the Bugaboo Sunshade are new items from Bugaboo for the Cameleon and the Gecko. The yellow thing above in both pictures is the canopy, and the screen thing you see on the right, under the canopy, is the sunshade. Both protect from harmful UVA and UVB rays and the canopy has air vents which help keep the stroller cooler. Available at The Baby.

Suri's stroller

Yet another strange twist to the TomKat saga. Website TMZ has posted this picture from Katie...oh sorry, Kate and Tom's recent trip. It's a photo of what is believed to Suri's baby stroller, a pink and tan Bugaboo Cameleon. Suri however, was not spotted. Just the stroller, parked outside. It was not used. So why did she bring the stroller if it was not going to be used, TMZ asked? I want to know why she left a $900 stroller sitting outside with the garbage?

Violet's threads

Isn't that cute? The above onesie was recently given to Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's daughter Violet. It's from a store called Baby on the Brain that sells baby and maternity clothing. And you can get one too. This personalized onesie celebrates every child's parentage by displaying both family names on the front. You can order one at BotB's online store for $22.

Britax Couture Line

Fabulous carseat maker Britax now has a couture line of seats with special fabrics. The above is called "Neopolitan", after the ice cream obviously. The couture line also has Barnum and Sand Dollar fabrics, all available with the Marathon seat. The fabrics are suppose to be much nicer than your average Britax and of course the news seats have their patented "Floating" HUGS System as well as LATCH. Available at Bare Babies.

Gwyneth and Moses in NYC

Gwyneth Paltrow and her son Moses were photographed earlier this week in New York City, heading to the posh "mommy and baby" club Citibabes. This picture appeared in the New York Times and you can click on it to see the bigger image. I think he looks just like Gwyneth.

Bloom Love, as always, is the first baby clothing company to have next season's line out. You can check out their fall/winter fashion on their website now, and fine a store near you. They have some really, really pretty stuff this year. I LOVE the colors, especially the purple. Bloom Love made headlines recently when they sent gifts to Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, over $1500 worth. They were previously best known for dressing Jennifer Aniston's character's daughter on Friends.

Brooke Sheilds sends a thank you note

Actress and mom Brooke Sheilds was so happy with the gifts she recieved from Patricia Ann Designs and their PR people, Bopstar Baby, that she sent them the above personally written thank you note. Brooke recieved gifts from PAD's Giraffe Collection with Gold Trim, along with Vanilla Crème and Lemon Meringue accessories. The company has also sent nearly 25 gift sets out to celebrities over the past few months.A few of those enjoying our posh products are Gwen Stefani, Angelina Jolie/Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Brendan Frasier and Donald Trump.

Violet sends cool gift to Isabella

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's 7-month-old daughter, Violet, has sent a very swag gift to Matt Damon’s newborn daughter, Isabella, reports “The Insider” guy Marc Malkin at the Boston Herald. Isabella recently received a $1,000 gift basket from celebrity baby boutique, Petit Tresor, complete with card from Violet. The card read "Dear Isabella - Welcome to the planet. I can’t wait for our first play date! Love, Violet." Among the designer goodies were a cashmere Baby CZ wrap for Isabella’s mom, Luciana, as well as a pink Baby CZ cashmere baby outfit, a diaper bag, a stuffed animal, and a pair of baby booties. Petit Tresor is quite loved by Hollywood. Kaite Holmes even had a baby registry there.

Kelly Ripa and a Maclaren take a ride

Kelly Ripa and 3-year-old son Joaquin hung out yesterday in Central Park, taking a carriage ride and also enjoying their Maclaren stroller. Maclaren is very popular among the stars and among most people in general as the umbrella stroller of choice. Even Prince William had one. Check out their site for a store near you.
