 The next time you're in Greenwich, CT, you might want to head down to a shop on Greenwich Ave. called Petit Patapon. I visited the beautiful city of Greenwich last year and found this store to be so charming and beautiful, both inside and out. The clothing was stunning and the people were so friendly. They're a baby clothing company out of Portugal that was started by a mom who loves baby fashion. Noelle Tutenuit had trouble finding the kinds of clothing that she wanted for her children, so she decided to start sewing. And sew she did! Petit Patapon recently sent me a whole bundle of baby clothing, including the cutest snowsuit on the planet (pictured above). It's the same bundle of clothing Mariska Hargitay (who you might see at the store in Greenwich) recently got for her son August. Petit Patapon is quite popular with celebrities like the Beckhams, Heidi Klum, Courteney Cox, Sarah Jessica Parker, Julia Roberts, Brooke Sheilds, Debra Messing, and Claudia Schiffer. And yes, these celebrities REALLY own and wear the clothing. I scanned some pictures and thank-you notes in the next post. Currently Petit Patapon has two stores in the US; Greenwich, CT, and Wellesley, MA, a very successful web site, www.petitpatapon.com and over 100 stores internationally, most in Italy. Petit Patapon also wholesales to over 80 multi-brand boutiques through the US. They have been in Barney's New York for five years, and Nordstoms West Coast more recently. |

 Peg Perego has their new collection for 2007 up on their website. Their Italian website that is. Make sure you click the Italian flag at the top and not the American one if you want to see the preview on their website. For some reason, the American site does not have it up yet. No word on when the new collection hits stores, but I'd imagine it will be soon. You may recall that I posted exclusive pictures of the new collection here about two months ago after I visited the Peg Perego booth at the ABC Kids Expo. |

 Gwen Stefani was recently spotted pushing baby Kingston around London in this limited edition Ziko Gold stroller. So limited that in fact the Brittish brand Mamas and Papas only produced ten of them total and Gwen and P. Diddy both grabbed one. It is available exclusively at Selfridges in the UK, for a cool $860. Gwen liked hers so much so plans on producing a gold stroller of her own for her fashion company L.A.M.B. |

 Tiny Love sent me an ActiviTot last month and my friend's baby loves it! We can't say enough wonderful things about it. The pillow especially is great because he is not laying flat on the ground. He also really likes the mirror and the toys that come with it. Tiny Love's new toys are so easy to snap on and off. It's a new feature they have they have called Twist & Lock. All the toys twist on a certain spot and can be moved from gym to stroller toy, etc.Also it comes with a carrying bag and it fits so nicely into it. The ActiviTot also recently won the OPPENHEIM TOY PORTFOLIO BEST TOY AWARD - PLATINUM 2007. Not surprizing, because it's a great toy. |

 TMZ.com reported today that Gwen Stefani's man, Gavin Rossdale, is quite the fashionable dad. Gavin was seen at New York's trendy An Earnest Cut and Sew boutique recently and while there, he bought Kingston three Droopy Knickers baby t-shirts. He picked "Gimme," "It Wasn't Me," and "I Live for Cars and Girls" designs. Gavin also showed off cellphone pix of baby Kingston and held the t-shirts up to the picture to see what they would look like on the baby. |

 Well, we hope he was actually kissing the baby. Although there appears to be no baby in sight. But that is actor Matthew McConaughey at an Australian beach last Sunday. He stopped jogging long enough to chat with fans of all sizes and even kissed this little guy or girl in their Bugaboo Frog Stroller. |

  Coming in late December, you'll be able to order an Orbit Baby Travel System with your choice of lime, rasberry, or sky blue stroller seat. The stroller itself and the car seat will still come in black or mocha, but now the toddler stroller seat will come with an optional liner. The liner can be removed and underneathe is the regular mocha or black seat, so when it gets dirty it'll be like having two seats instead of one! Coming soon to Lets Go Strolling. |

 I added some new links tonight including one for my favorite store of all time, Le Cirque in Menlo Park, CA. I had no idea they had a website. While you can't buy off of it, it does give you a great idea of what they sell. I've never seen a store with such a great selection of unique clothing, bedding, and other baby things. For the tradionalist they sell brands like Bonpoint, Tartine et Chocolat, Marie Chantal, Baby CZ, Silver Cross Pram, and Papo D'Anjo. Modern parents will like Bugaboo, True Religion, Kingsley, Splendid, and Dwell. Everyone leaves happy at this trendy store.  Janie & Jack has in a ton of new stuff and it is so cute! I really love their Christmas line this year. But the brand new winter lines are my favorite, espeically the My Best Friend teddy infant line. A lot of it is already sold out at the store here in Louisville, so you might want to visit a Janie and Jack near you before it's all gone. |
