Britney Spears’ Boys “Thrilled” About Jamie Lynn’s Baby

Britney Spears visited the L.A. baby boutique Petit Tresor to stock up on gifts for her niece just days before her sister Jamie Lynn’s baby was born. Store owner Nina Takesh tells CelebTV.com exclusively that Britney said her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James are “thrilled” about their new cousin. Added Takesh, “Britney was excited to be seeing her sister and meeting her new niece.” Spears may earn the title of Best Aunt of the Year if she continues to spoil Jamie Lynn‘s daughter, Maddie Briann, with clothes and toys. Big sister Britney stopped into the baby boutique on June 13 and scooped up more than $600 worth of blankets, gowns, outfits and bibs by Bunnies by the Bay. Britney also asked about getting a six-foot-tall, custom-made bunny for Maddie Briann. The 26-year-old star was on hand June 19 for the birth of her 17-year-old sister’s daughter.

According to People Magazine, Minnie Driver and 40 guests gathered on Saturday at a friend's home in Malibu for her baby shower. The decor was white and pink, possibly indicating that the actress is expecting a girl, and Sweet Lady Jane provided the treats (you may remember them from Suri's birthday party). Gifts included items from Gymboree's Brand New line.

Jolie-Pitt Twins Nursery Details

While Brad Pitt was in Zurich the other day purchasing expensive collectibles, the nursery of his twins was being decorated in their super luxurious chateau. Mr. and Mrs. Smith have managed to outdo the nursery that J-Lo created with Petit Tresor, LA's uber chic baby boutique, which was featured in People Magazine. Team Jolie-Pitt spent more than $140,000 on organza bassinets ($800), versailles cribs ($3200) with matching changing tables ($2800) and armoires ($4500), silk gliders and they even installed two crystal chandeliers for the girls at a cost of $899 each. But they bought basics, too - - lots of cashmere toys and organic items. It took a team of three people from Petit Tresor to assemble the nursery and now they're just waiting. Curiously, a couple from Dubai, expecting a daughter in the fall, has called Petit Tresor asking for an identical copy of the Jolie-Pitt nursery.

Here are some pictures from Tori Spelling's baby shower for her upcoming daughter last month. The shower was held at the Le Petit in West Hollywood and was decorated by Sandra Magsaman, the designer of Messages from the Heart, an infant apparel and gift line available exclusively at JCPenney. Party décor and gift baskets were provided by the designer as well as plaques, piggy banks, picture frames, snuggle bunnies and other thoughtful gifts. Guests were able to write their wishes for Tori, her family and their new addition on ceramic plaques and hang them on the “Wishing Tree”.
