There are a ton of new products coming out this week and I'm sure there will be more to follow soon. Most everything at the ABC Kids Expo was due out by Spring, so we should be seeing a lot of new things between now and April.

The Zen Stroller and Yoga Bassinet have hit stores, although they are not actually shipping or selling until February. Giggle has in both colors and accessories.

The Travel Boppy is now available at Giggle and is sold in only one color.

The award-winning Medela Calma bottle has also hit stores in the USA. The Right Start has both the bottle and nipples online, with shipping to begin next week.

Ferrari's new baby collection is now in USA stores, like The Right Start.

Philips Avent's new 3-in-1 Electric Steam Sterilizer

This is Philips Avent's newest steam sterilizer, which we first told you about during last year's ABC Kids Expo. The 3-in-1 Electric Steam Sterilizer is the first of it's kind, changing into three different sizes depending on what you need it for. First you have the large size for up to 6 bottles, nipples and dome caps. Remove the top and it turns into a small size to sterilize soothers and pacifiers and a medium size for breast pumps and cutlery.

And it is honestly one of the easiest sterilizers there is. All you need to do is add water to the base, load it with stuff and turn on the button. It takes a total of six minutes and then it and automatically shuts off so you don't even have to be there. Feel free to use it anytime, as the contents will stay sterile for up to 24 hours if the lid isn't opened.

I really liked the wide variety of items this lets you sterilize. Most sterilizers are for bottles and parts only. This one lets you thrown in pacifiers, spoons, plates and anything really that a baby needs sterilized. It also come with it's own removable dishwasher basket so you can use that as well if you want stuff extra clean, but you don't have to.

Best part is the 2 year warranty, which is actually quite long for an electronic. But from what I have seen in other reviews, people are saying it holds up quite well over time.

OXO's booster seat is now available

Oxo's Seedling Booster Seat debuted at the ABC Kids Expo in September and now it has hit stores. The seat is designed for kids ages 3+ who cannot yet reach the table. Since it has no seat belt, it's not a transition seat. Just a helpful boost for older children.

It's also very portable, folding up and fitting inside most duffle bags or carry-ons. The cushion lifts out easily cleaning too.

The Wing Man is a three-stage, carbon fiber baby car seat made for race car fans, who also happen to be parents. He is currently trying to pitch the idea to Sparco, whose straps he used.

Bebe au Lait debuts Lille line

At this year's ABC Kids Expo, nursing cover company Bebe au Lait debuted their new line of modern baby products. Here is our order of products, all nicely wrapped together and just out of the box.

Lille means "small" in Danish and was designed with tots in mind. The prints are based off a charm owned by one of the company's founders. There are six prints total: Fishies, City Scape and Swirls, each in boy or girl print.

The Blankie is not out yet, but will be soon. It actually starts life as a ball and then unfolds into a blankie for baby. Of course it can be folded back for play or travel.

The Hooded Towel can be used for both bath and pool. It's a pretty big towel too, so it will last your baby a while.

The Quib bib is a totally reversible, totally awesome bib. It snaps several different ways, giving you a total of four clean sides before it needs to be washed. Great for on-the-go travel or babysitting. There is nothing else like this out there.

The Luxury Blanket is large, just like the towel. It is incredibly soft! Just like any luxury blanket you would buy. Except this one is machine washable, so it is much more practical.

I found this awesome little store while in the Miami area last week. Give Wink is located not far from the Aventura Mall, in a small shopping complex. They had several products on display that are not yet out, like the Origami stroller and the Skip Hop Zoo Playspot. In fact, they are one of only 35 stores that they will get the Origami in before next year. They are also they only place you can find Petit Nest furniture. Of all the stores I visited last week, I think this was my favorite.

Dr. Brown’s Designed to Nourish Line

This past fall Dr. Brown released their new Designed to Nourish toddler line, a new set of feeding and storage products designed to help parents create their baby food. Products included portioned plates, snack cups, training cups, bowls and utensils. Our blender, food masher, food storage pods and labels.

Now they've created their own blog of the same name. The Designed To Nourish Blog features recipes and nutritional information to help parents create the perfect baby and toddler food, using the new products. It's actually a very informative blog, full of long posts describing the benefits of certain foods at certain stages.

We here at Baby Chic 101 really love the Designed to Nourish Line products, especially the toddler cups. Here is a picture of one sitting on my friend's table. Looks so stylish next to the Boon Snack Ball.

The BabyBjorn Highchair

This is one of the easiest highchairs to assemble that I have ever come across. Seriously. You just take it out of the box, snap the 4 legs on and then pull the collapsed unit apart until it clicks. This is important to me, as I have spent hours assembling strollers, highchairs and other baby products, many of which also required calls to the company's help line. None of that was needed here.

It's heavier than it looks, which is good. The leg in particular are heavy, and that prevents it from being knocked over by a child (in or out of the seat). But the best feature by far is the movable tray and child lock. As you can tell, there is no harness with this highchair. This is because of the tray and child lock, which take the place of the harness.

When you place a child into the highchair, you should place the tray close to the child’s body. This prevents the child from being able to get out (it also inadvertently prevents food from ending up in their lap). Once the table is close enough to the child, you use the two-step lock to hold it in place. This is cleverly positioned under the tray, which keeps it out of the child's reach.

And as easy as it is to put together, it also folds up easily. When totally collapsed, the highchair will fit easily into a corner. Although it is fairly small to begin with, so there isn't much of a need for this unless you have a very tiny kitchen.

BabyBjorn has only had this highchair out for about year now and already it has won two awards. Junior Magazine awarded it "Best High Chair Design" this year in their Junior Design Awards. Practical Parenting also awarded it first place highchair in their annual Best Baby Product Awards.

ERGObaby acquires Orbit Baby

I was rather surprised to read this just now on Twitter. Ergo baby carriers has bought Orbit! The purchase was announced today, costing Ergo around $17.5 million. The goal is to "expand its leadership position in the child mobility and transport product category". Joseph Hei and Bryan White, co-founders of Orbit Baby, will continue to serve in senior management roles.

Not sure what this will mean for Orbit in terms of the future, but I guess we will find out.

As you may recall, we first posted about them back around the time of the ABC Kids Expo. But now they've hit stores, which means we have had a chance to review them and I am very happy about this. I LOVE how some of the toys, like the Turtle Island Playset, Octopus Ring Toss and the Starfish Stacker, actually are two toys in one. Each of those can transform into a different toy as baby grows.

But the Moby Bath Kneeler is one of my favorites. As you can see, it takes quite the beating. It's also VERY comfortable and definitely one of the cutest kneelers for the bath that I have seen.

The Soapster Foaming Soap Dispenser is my all-time favorite. It is a great way to turn baby shampoo or any shampoo into a fun, bubbly foam that won't hurt the eyes. And look what a fun toy it makes. You won't even want to mount it to the wall.

Clek rolls out the Foonf

Clek has finally showed pictures of their first-ever convertible car seat, the Foonf. Aiming to become the the safest convertible seat on the market, the Foonf will have a patented energy absorbing crumple system in the base, re-inforced with Magnesium, like their Oobr toddler seat. It will also be one of the only convertible car seats to come with an anti-rebound bar system for rear-facing use (if you don't know what that is, Britax uses one on its infant seats).

Weight range will most likely be 15-48 lbs rear-facing and then up to about 70 lbs forward-facing. Look for it this Spring, with pre-orders starting in December.

The first-of-its-kind retail destination, Wonder, has opened their online store. The Deerfield, IL mega-baby store opened it's actual retail shop this past month, where parents can shop tens of thousands of specialty items, manage a baby registry or attend a lecture on pre-natal health, while children play a chess tournament, take a cooking class or attend a friend’s birthday party in the half-acre of interactive play space.

In other words, it's a retail store, playplace and class space all under one roof. They even have their own iphone app. I must visit this store one day.

Britax announced this past week that they have acquired B.O.B., the famous jogging stroller company. Britax has been looking for ways to expand into the stroller market, creating several popular new strollers this year. Buying B.O.B. will allow them to venture further.

It's my understand that B.O.B. will still be around and using the same name. It's just that now they will be closely associated with Britax.
