Victoria’s Secret model Karolina Kurkova was spotted out and about in NYC with her baby boy, Tobin, and boyfriend Archie Drury. Tobin rides in a gray Uppababy Vista stroller.

Orbit G2 coming out this month

The brand new Orbit G2 stroller and travel system will hit select stores this month. I don't have an exact date, but Orbit has this list of retailers who will get it this month. Everyone else will have theirs in March. Products will include the travel system (car seat and stroller bottom), the stroller seat, the bassinet and the for the first time, the stroller seat and bottom alone.

Jessica Alba hangs with her daughter Honor in Miami today. Looks like we've got ourselves another Sit 'n Stroll loving family. Oddly though, the Sit 'n Stroll website is down and it's getting hard to find online. I haven't heard they've gone out of business, but that's strange.

Anyone had any experience with the new Fisher-Price I Glide 4 Way Cradle Swing n Glider? It just came out, so probably not. Just wondering. I didn't get to see it at the ABC Kids Expo this year, even though I did tour their booth. I guess they kept it hidden.

Giggle acquires The Cradle

Baby store Giggle has acquired parent social networking site, The Cradle. This move helps Giggle expand their goal of providing new parents with the best resources available, and that will now include more pregnancy resources and a social community.

Medela Acquires Easy Expression Products Inc

Building on its line of breastpump accessories, Medela today announced it has acquired Easy Expression Products Inc., maker of the Easy Expression Hands-Free Pumping Bra. Developed in 1996 with the working mom in mind, the Easy Expression Hands-Free Pumping Bra holds a breastpump’s breastshields in place, allowing mom to pump breastmilk and keep her hands free to type, read or eat. The Easy Expression Bra also enables a mom with a premature infant to hold her baby while pumping, which can facilitate milk production and let-down. It can be worn over a regular nursing bra and is available in a Bustier and a Halter style.

Let's Go Strolling has all the Valco 2010 models in stock. Mostly it's just new colors this year, but the Valco Latitude EX is a new stroller that has just come out. They've also got more Ions.

Babies R Us carrying entire Momo collection

Babies R Us now has the entire Momo line of bottles, blankets, feeding accessories and shoes on their website. Momo is known as one of the safest lines of baby products due not only to the materials used, but also because they own the manufacturer of their products. This leads to all parts of the process of creating their products being controlled by them. Momo products are all BPA, PVC, Lead and Phthalate Free. They were also the original manfacturer of Robeez before they were bought by Stride Rite.

Uppababy Vista 2010 is now out

The latest version of the Uppababy Vista is now out. New improvements include an upright seat position added, an easier one-handed brake system, an organic latex mattress for the bassinet that is hypo-allergenic and anti-microbial, a ventilated SDF 50+ sun shade for the bassinet, a bigger and taller seat with lots more padding, smoother wheels with a single button removal, and added rubber bumpers for the stroller handle.

Actress Amy Adams stopped by the Pottery Barn Kids store at the Grove in LA earlier today. I was just there a few weeks ago.

Moby Wrap makes a new blanket

Baby Carrier company Moby Wrap has expanded into the world of swaddling blankets. Each is made from ultra-soft Moby 100% organic cotton and comes with a coordinating newborn hat. Lots of cool colors.

Another brand at the Boom Boom Room this year was Chic Papoose. As you can see, the celebrity moms loved the adorable pouches. All slings are named after friends and family who inspired them, and all are reversible. Best of all though, each rolls up small to fit in your bag or purse.

Momo makes shoes

Momo Baby pretty much makes everything. Bottles, bamboo bedding, sippy cups, bowls that are all free of Bisphenol-A (BPA), Phthalates, PVC, and lead. And now they're making soft-sole shoes, which I saw for the first time at the Boom Boom Room. Momo, in case you didn't know, used to be the manufacturer of Robeez before Stride Rite bought them. Now they've decided to introduce their own line of soft premium grade leather no-slip shoes. Check out all their new styles at their online store.

Bright Starts at the Boom Boom Room

Bright Starts was the first booth at the Boom Boom Room this year, showing off their newest items: The InGenuity Collection. It's a new technology-centered collection that features such cool inventions as a bouncer that bounces by itself and a swing that runs on one set of batteries for babies entire first year. InGenuity is available for purchase as of last week.

Fat Tie

Another great Boom Boom Room find was Fat Tie, a new LA company that makes boys tie shirts. Tie shirts have become quite the craze lately for young hipsters. These are great quality shirts, and unlike many tie shirts, the tie isn't just a drawing but an actual piece of material. Lots of neat colors and patterns for boys size 2T to 5T. Infant sizes are expected soon.

The Tote Brush

The Maddy Brand Tote Brush was a very interesting product that I came upon at the Boom Boom Room this year. It's the first ever travel bottle brush, which features a stainless steel telescoping shaft. It reduces down to a size of 5 1/2" x 2" when fully closed and extends out to a length of approximately 8" when opened. Pretty nifty and it also works on canteens.

Here's a look inside the Boom Boom Room celebrity gifting suite 2010. It took place at the Century City Hyatt and there were quite a few celebs there, but sadly I missed most of them. Lots of neat products though to follow.

Gwen Stefani was spotted entering a Babies R US in Los Angeles with her family yesterday. Zuma rides in a special edition Bugaboo Bee (RED), which benefits AIDS in Africa.
