New Boon Colors

The Boon feeding line is adding some color. In addition to orange and pink, the items will now be available in bright sky blue with a splash of fun green. The new colors will be shipping to retailers in early July.

And another one's gone

Best & Co. has closed. The Greenwich, CT store has shut down and filed for bankruptcy after 12 years of being in business. Best & Co. was founded by Susie Hilfiger, ex-wife of Tommy, after she decided to revive the Best & Co. brand, which sold clothes in the eastern United States from 1879 to 1971. Besides the store in Greenwich, Best & Co. also had a boutique in NYC's Bergdorf Goodman. That too is now closed, as is their website. I have no idea what will happen to all the merchandise, but it doesn't look like it will be one sale online. The stores are now closed completely as well.

Michael Jackson dead at age 50

Obviously we don't post stuff like this, but it is so sad that I had to post about it. Michael Jackson is dead :( He was not that much older than my mother. Three children are without a father tonight and the world is without the King of Pop. Thriller was the first song I ever remember liking as a child. Even today, I have it in my car. Such a loss to the world of music. We will miss you, Michael. Rest in peace.

The brand that catapulted into fame when Carrie Bradshaw wore one of their green striped cotton dress on Sex and the City is now available for girls ages 12 months and up. The baby and kids collection is modeled after the adult line, sharing a lot of the same styles and colors. Marie Chantal Sale - UK

Marie Chantal will be having a sample sale in the UK just like the one they had previously in NYC. Babystyle & The Right Start Returning

Babystyle and The Right Start have apparently been bought and WILL be returning. Babystyle announced on their website a few days ago that the company had found a buyer and are currently rebuilding their website. No word yet on when it will be up or what will happen with the stores.
